Return and Refund Policy

At Biomedical Power Inc. we strive to provide quality products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 10 business days of receipt, subject to the following conditions, including a 35% restocking fee.

Eligibility for Returns
  1. Return Period: Items must be returned within 10 business days from the date of receipt.
  2. Condition of Item(s): To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be:    
    o In their original, unused condition.
    o In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  3. Proof of Purchase:  : A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Restocking Fee
  1. A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returns, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
  2. The restocking fee helps cover processing, repackaging, and handling costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  1. Personalized or custom-made products.
  2. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  3. Gift cards.
Return Process
  1. Initiating a Return. To start a return, please contact our customer service at sales@biomedicalpower.com within 10 business days of receiving the item.
  2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  3. Packaging: The item must be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit. Any items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging may be ineligible for a refund.
Refunds
  1. Processing Time:  Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 35% restocking fee.
  2. Shipping Fees:  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you. No restocking fee will apply for defective or damaged items.
